We like that this recipe keeps it simple by using an all-purpose gluten-free flour rather than a mix of flours. One thing to keep in mind with this recipe though, is that it uses the brine from a can of chickpeas in place of eggs, an ingredient also known as aquafaba. This is a fairly recent development in the world of egg replacements, but the results can be quite outstanding. Use the chickpeas in a quick and easy hummus to go on your lovely fresh bread!

Sandwich Loaf

This next recipe is also for a gluten, dairy and egg free sandwich loaf and uses a combination of oat, millet and buckwheat flour. If you’re not a fan of Xanthan Gum, you’re in luck – it’s been replaced by ground chia seeds. Once you have all the ingredients it’s actually a fairly simple and straightforward recipe, and seriously – how delicious does it look!

Ingredients: oat flour; millet flour; arrowroot powder; tapioca starch; buckwheat flour; baking powder; baking soda; salt; dry active yeast; dairy-free milk; sugar; water; chia seeds; vegetable oil; apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Tomato & Garlic Focaccia

Gluten Free with Vegan options

If you’re after something a little more flavourful, you can’t go past this garlic and tomato focaccia! Using a sorghum and millet/oat flour mix, this recipe is really quite easy – and delicious!

Ingredients: sorghum flour; potato starch or tapioca starch; millet flour or certified GF oat flour; xanthan gum; salt; garlic; rosemary; thyme; basil; active dry yeast; water; sugar; olive oil; agave nectar; rice vinegar or lemon juice; egg replacer, GF cornmeal; tomatoes

Rosemarino Flatbread

Looking for a deliciously crunchy flat bread? Look no further! This recipe uses a few different flours, but the results speak for themselves.
