Dairy-free white chocolate is notoriously difficult to find, but as it turns out it’s actually pretty easy to make. The hardest part can be finding the cocoa butter to make it with, but luckily this recipe comes with a link to buy from an online supermarket.
This is seriously the easiest ice cream you will ever make. It only has 3 ingredients (4 if you include water) and gets its creaminess from coconut milk. You don’t need to churn this one, but you will need to put it in a food processor, but it will be so worth it!
Seriously, this cake just looks so good! Using bicarbonate soda & vinegar to make a cake rise is a really nifty trick for free-from baking as it makes it nice and fluffy but doesn’t leave any trace of vinegar. Don’t take our word for it though, try it for yourself!
Banana Bread is always a favourite, and the addition of chocolate just makes it more so! We find a great trick when making banana bread is to keep your bananas in the freezer and defrost them when you’re ready to get baking. If ever there was an excuse to buy too many bananas, this is it!
Another super easy dessert for you. While it doesn’t require any time in the oven, it will need a couple of hours in the fridge to set, but the results will make it so worthwhile!
