It’s officially pumpkin season!

Pumpkins are an underrated vegetable, or fruit if you want to get technical. They’re exceptionally high in Vitamins A and C, as well as fibre and potassium, while being quite low in calories. All round, they’re a pretty good deal! They’re also very versatile – they can be cooked as a savoury meal or made into a sweet dessert. Even the seeds can be toasted for a great snack!
