Today Spoon Guru, the world’s leading safe, accurate and easy to use food preferences management tool, is proud to announce the association with two globally renowned allergy specialists, Dr. Marc E. Rothenberg (MD, PhD) and Dr. Carina Venter (PhD, RD).

“I am excited to work with Spoon Guru who has a game changing technology that has potential to revolutionize the way we eat and improve healthy living.” – Dr. Marc E. Rothenberg

“We have learned over the years that very strict avoidance of food allergens is required by some, and that others can get away with having trace or small amounts of an allergen; it is all about individualised avoidance strategies. Making sure that the diet is still nutritionally adequate and varied, despite allergen avoidance, is a passion of mine. We need to make sure that the right choice is made when people buy commercial products, and we also need to make sure that a variety of home-made recipes, for different avoidance diets, are available. Home cooking and enjoyment of food is so important. Spoon Guru ticks all the boxes for me!” – Dr. Carina Venter

“We are thrilled about our partnership with Marc and Carina. Their input will accelerate our ability to build pioneering solutions and services that enable people around the world to cater for their specific dietary needs.” – Markus Stripf | Co-Founder Spoon Guru
