Dr Antonis Vlassopoulos, PhD MSc

Honorary Research Associate, University of Glasgow

PhD and MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow. Research focuses on the role of foods and diets in chronic disease development on a molecular / physiological level (inflammation & oxidative stress), and understanding the multiple different interventions and mechanisms linked to weight management and obesity prevention.
