Dr Antonis Vlassopoulos, PhD MSc

Research focuses on the role of foods and diets in chronic disease development on a molecular / physiological level (inflammation & oxidative stress), and understanding the multiple different interventions and mechanisms linked to weight management and obesity prevention.
